set during world war 2, four americans flee a massacre of their division and struggle to return to allied territory. along the way they run into a british pilot who has critical intelligence in his possession and who also is trying to escape enemy territory without being killed.this is a good movie definitely worth the watch, although it is a pretty stereotypical ww2 movie. once you have seen one of these movies, you have seen them all.
