this was a good comedy, but nothing better than good.robert downy jr. pretty much was the funniest aspect of the movie, aside from when jack black's character had his heroin stolen by a bat. tom cruise was quite impressive, playing a character that essentially paid out everything about cruise in real life - little man syndrome.
the humour was relatively inconsistent but it nevertheless was there.
